A proper GPX recorder for iPhone

GPX is the lingua franca of GPS — and NomadTracks speaks it natively, in both directions. Record tracks and export them as standards-compliant GPX; import any GPX or GeoJSON from route portals, friends or your old app. Free, no account, and your data never touches our servers.

Recording that respects the format

Tracks record with timestamps, elevation and accuracy data, and export as clean GPX 1.1 — they open correctly in every desktop tool and route portal we've tried. Waypoints (POIs) carry names, descriptions and coordinates.

Import from anywhere

Share a GPX to NomadTracks from Mail, AirDrop, Files or any browser download. Tracks, routes and waypoints all import; nothing is silently dropped.

Bundles when GPX is not enough

GPX can't carry photos. NomadTracks bundles can — track, POIs, photos and metadata in one file, ideal for moving between your own devices or sharing a complete trip.

Switching from another app?

Export your history as GPX there, AirDrop the files over, done. Folders keep imports organized; recoloring makes them visually distinct from your own recordings.
